    Hello,

We have experienced a strange issue with the plugin where we are unable to access the Settings option provided under the Securi Menu of WordPress dashboard. When we click on “Settings” , the browser just shows the loading behaviour and then there we get a blank page.

I am hosted on shared hosting environment from StableHost Hosting.

  • Try checking your site’s error logs for a related error message. Your hosts should be able to help you in accessing your site’s error logs.

There is no error messages on the error log i see from the cPanel of my hosting provider.

Can you try using the latest version of the plugin?

We fixed so many things lately that I hope your issue would be fixe.

    thanks,

    Hello Daniel,

Sorry I dont know where exactly I should have posted this query. I am talking about the plugin for the premium members which is version: 3.9 and available to download from Sucuri Dashboard. I guess there isnt any update yet as seen.

To confirm, I have shifted the hosting provider to another and still the problem persists. So I guess it is not related with php memory allocation or such.

Ah, so that’s another plugin then. Can you login to your Sucuri account and open a ticket on our support page?

We will help you with the Premium plugin there.

    thanks,
