   It was just brought to my attention by one of my readers that they are unable to post a comment. Comments were working fine up to this point and I just tried posting a test comment and this is the error message I got:
   Forbidden
   You don't have permission to access /blog/wp-comments-post.php on this server.

   Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
   Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/0.9.8n DAV/2 mod_fcgid/2.3.5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at successaffiliatemarketing.com Port 80
   ===================================================================

   I would be grateful for any help or suggestions to solve this problem. I've only installed one new plug-in since this happened and I did deactivate it.

   Check the folder and file permissions in your blog folder.

   Make sure that the permissions for wp-comments-post.php are set to 644 and the permissions for /blog/ are set to 755 . See this for more info:

   You can mark this issue resolved. I thank you for the help but the problem was on the server side and they have corrected it.
