hirundineI have tried 3 times with different plugins, to use the wp plugin install. Each time to be given the message that install failed to create directory in the string ending home/user/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce-rightnow/ So looking at the directory through my cPanel file manager; I can see a folder within the /public_html of wp-content and it shows within 2 other folders for themes and upgrades. There is also a folder wp-content that is in my home/user/ directory. This folder shows the 2 folders for plugins and theme.
Is this folder in the wrong directory, please? Or is it necessary for other action, to be able to get my plugins?
