    Hi,

When WordPress is installing a plugin, the plugin itself isn’t involved, and all WordPress does is download the zip and unzip it into the right place.

So, if this is not working through the WordPress installer, then you can do it by hand. i.e. 1) Download the zip file plugin from the plugin’s page, 2) Unzip on your PC 3) Upload the resulting folder by FTP into wp-content/plugins on your website.

I’d guess that your hosting account is probably out of disk space, but that’s just one possibility. Best to check with the web hosting company if the above also has problems.

    Best wishes,
    David
