I'm unable to insert any media into a post or page using the upload/insert panel. I'm able to select and upload the file, from my computer, URL, or media library, but when I hit the "insert into post" button, a blank page loads and the insert is unsuccessful. I've tried restarting my browser and computer, clearing my cache, and testing this in chrome for mac, safari and firefox but always get the same result. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

"rwxr-xr-x"I have to admit, I am relatively new to this, is that unusual?
