Unable to import pictures from Menalto Gallery

    Hi,

    I’m trying to import my Menalto Gallery install into Nextgen. Now, the pictures are located outside of the docroot in /home/myname/storage/albums/

    Inside of Nextgen’s General Options I’ve set the above as the gallery path, but when I try to import the albums I have, it appends /home/myname/mywebsite.com/ in front of it, and of course it fails. And I’m not seeing where to change this in the settings. Is this software not capable of doing things outside of the document root? I’d rather not manually import 300+ pictures.

    To reiterate, it’s appending the document root in front of the absolute path to my picture albums, so in effect it’s looking for /home/myname/mywebsite.com//home/myname/storage/albums/ which of course doesn’t exist.
