Unable to fully install plugin

Hi, since I’m troubleshooting excessive loadtime that I’ve had since about the same time that I installed your plugin, I decided to deactivate and then remove your plugin altogether to see if it made a difference. Yet, even though it’s no longer showing in WP admin, the Better stop Adblock page still shows up when I try to access my website with an ADblock browser. What do i need to do to do a full install? I even see that there isn’t even a folder anymore in my wp-content ftp folder.
