   When I log onto the admin page for my site: http://snooples.com, Went into the Apperance -> Editor page, I am unable to find the index.html anywhere. There are only index.php, footer.php, search.php, etc but no HTML page.

   Am I looking in the wrong spot?

   I just want to modify the index.html. I do not know any php.

   The theme templates are all called index.php. It is a mix of php and html. You don't have to know php to edit the page itself.
