Yesterday evening I realized that to edit time and date of posts and pages is impossble, nothing happens, the popup fields don't show up.

    1. Version 3.5
    2. I disabled ALL plugins
    3. I installed WordPress completely new

    No success.

I tried the same in an test installation on the same external host (1&1), there it works.

    Any ideas?

BTW: can I edit time & date in PHPMyAdmin on SQL-level?

the popup fields don't show up

What popup fields? Are you referring the the date & time fields that appear when you click in the Edit link next the current date & time?

    exactly.

I forgot: They do not open in normal *and* in Quick edit.

No, not at all! As I wrote, I have no access to the time & date fields.

You should have access to the relevant input fields in both full Edit and Quick Edit, so this problem would appear to be specific to your site. Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder - from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

Good luck. And don't forget to let us know which plugin was the culprit. :-)
