Unable To Download/File Possibly Too Big?

Everything is running smooth up until the actual download after the download code has been entered. I believe I set the file find up correctly because it has the correct file size (325.14 MB, I am using .wav files but all files remain in a .zip throughout FTP process). Once the file is selected the user is asked the standard Open, Save or Save As window but for this file ‘?lease=85fb43857840270aef70ae070e49b33e’ which will neither save or open. Any help will be appreciated.
