unable to do image upload

    I am unable to do an image upload from the post screen.

    This is the error I keep getting:

    The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/chrislingc/domains/chrisling.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/uploads.
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/chrislingc/domains/chrisling.com/public_html/blog/wp-admin/admin-functions.php:1986) in /home/chrislingc/domains/chrisling.com/public_html/blog/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1346

    I have already changed permissions on wp-content/uploads to 777 but no no avail. Any assistance would be most appreciated. Thank you.

    You and I seem to have a problem that nobody seems to be able to solve. Where are the techies when you need them?
