Unable to delete list of throtthle IP addresses

    Hello! I’m using last version of WP and WordFence under PHP 5.4 with Apache 2.4.
    The issue is that I have a bunch of IP addresses listed under the tab “IPs who were recently throttled for accessing the site too frequently”. It’s ok because those access attempts were throttle as expected. BUT, that happened between 6 days and 8 months ago.
    Is there any way to delete those IPs from the list? I tried the links “Clear all blocked IP addresses” and “Clear all locked out IP addresses” and did nothing. Maybe due to some format change because the blocks were performed for older vesion of WordFence? you changed something in the format used to store the IPs in the db?

    Hi Marcelo,

    You can reset Wordfence to defaults which will clear this. Check the box at the bottom of the Wordfence options page to remove WF data on deactivation. Then deactivate and reactivate. Alternatively you can install Wordfence Assistant (another plugin in the repository made by us) which will clear the data for you.

    Hello Mark, I tried the Assistant plugin and didn’t delete the list.
    I cant reset to defaults because I dont want to lose all of my customizations in all the sites where I have to empty that list.

    You should add a “Clear List” button in that screen, so that one can empty it when it’s no more needed.
    Consider it a feature request to improve the plugin 😉

    Also, an “Export Settings” button in the Options page would be nice 😉

    I’m also having the same problem, the clear button on Wordfence and Wordfence assistant are only to clear out blocked ip manual or auto not throttled once. Please provided clear button for throttled section.
