Hi,

We were able to create signup sheets on a test wordpress install (that uses php 5.2.17) but were unable to get it to work on our live site (with php 5.3.18).

I have not seen any other threads where people have an issue. What is the best way to troubleshoot the installation?

Are you receiving any error messages? If so, please let me know what they are and I can research this further.

After further troubleshooting we discovered that this plugin was attempting to make a new table but didn’t have appropriate permissions. Once we allowed it to build the table the problem was resolved.
