'Unable to create order' Error

    After I actived this plugin and checked or checked out or replaced some item, I go to ‘place order’ the page shows ‘Error: Unable to create order. Please try again.’
    what’s wrong with it?
    The last time this error appear when I created a trigger in the database.
    Could handsome-Emark give me some solutions? thx velly much^-^
    Does new version could fix it?
