    I am testing new themes using Artisteer (to design themes) on my site on the desktop using wamp and a localhost server (sandbox).
    The new themes seem to be installing---although the installation seems to happen quicker than the first new theme I made.

    Now I have deleted all my previous themes and made a completely new theme with completely different look and brand new headline and slogan. Then exported and uploaded it into WordPress. ----- The new theme showed up with the new look when activated ----- but the headline and slogan were still the same as in the first theme I made and exported to WordPress (a theme, which I have deleted). ----- That is weird.
    I have been into the html editor and for example on the html-import and html-importer and many other pages including index page in the themes area, there was this code only:

    <?php
    // Silence is golden.
    ?>

    Is this normal ?

    Artisteer support seems to think it is a WordPress issue. Can someone help please as I am unable to use my theme builder (Artisteer) while this this headline/slogan issue remains unresolved .

    I feel soooooooo stupid for the amount of time I have wasted on this when I really should have known, it is under Settings > General under Blog title and tagline. My condition, if I remember correctly, is called old timers.:)
