Unable to change 'post' status

    I am suddenly unable to change any post status. I change the post from published’ to ‘draft’ update it and it is still ‘published. All clues welcome

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Hi!

    You can also Set Visibility from Public to Private for not displaying your post on your Blog/Site.

    Thanks, I have deleted the ‘offending’ posts and new ones are OK just the old one screwed up for some reason
