    Hi rukshanw,

    Have you tried deactivating other plugins to look for a conflict, or switching to a default theme like Twenty Twelve? If you can isolate this as an issue that’s inherent to The Events Calendar, we’d be happy to look into it further. Unfortunately, we can’t help troubleshoot conflicts here on the free forum. If you do find a conflict, you can try getting in touch with the developer of the theme or plugin and see if they can shed some light on the issue.

    Hi leahkoerper,
    Ahhh – good call. Unfortunately I am working with a live site. I will have to see if they would be ok with me switching the theme temporarily to test. The site was built by someone else and I took over the maintenance of it.
    The biggest question is, will I lose any theme/layout info by switching themes and switching back. The site is http://www.thrivingyoungminds.com

    Hi Rukshan,

    I can’t guarantee that you wouldn’t lose settings information by switching themes. I recommend that you backup your database first, and check with the theme’s developer.

    You could also try cloning your site to a test install and deactivating the theme there to test for a conflict. Having a test site where you can do things like that is always handy 🙂
