Unable to Center Header Image

Hi, I’m trying to align the header image of a site I’m playing with… I’ve spent the last few hours digging through forums & trying different methods to get it working. Could anyone suggest how I could get the Header Image centered across all resolutions? It’s just the larger res that seem to have the problem.
