Unable to add/upload new Plugins (4 posts)

    Hello

    I am unable to add/upload new plugins in my website due to I get the following error message when using the plugin upload tool from wordpress in the wrdpress admin panel of my website.

    Error:

    Unpacking the packageā€¦

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 31457280 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/webdon/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 4820

    Using Latest Version of WordPress 3.2.1

    Please do Help me...

    I have Already Increased my Increase PHP Memory to 64MB and then 96MB

    using

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '96M');

    in wp-config.php

    But Still Not Working.
