Only the cgi-bin folder is created after adding a new site via network admin of newworldco-op.com/. Here's the new site: http://test2.newworldco-op.com/

    Please resolve
    Thanks

  2. It's not from WP, it's your server. You made your subdomains wrong. They need to point to where newworldco-op.com is installed, NOT their own location.

Thanks Mika...how do I do that in cpanel?

  4. In cpanel, the default path for a subdomain is usually /public_html/subdomain/

    Change that to /public_html/

    Thanks very much..that worked. I have a follow-up question...

Do I need to go into cpanel for every new site I create in network admin or is there a way where the subdomain is created automatically?

  6. That would be called making Wildcard subdomains.

cPanel should let you make a subdomain of * (yes, just * ) and that will map to /public_html/ and will work for all subdomains.
