   Hi - Just installed WP Complete Backup using the in WP plugin dl-er. Clicked activate. And get:

   Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

   Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')', expecting '(' in /home/davidg3/public_html/caperduwebsite/wp-content/plugins/wp-complete-backup/wp-complete-backup.php on line 356

   I upgraded to PHP5 and WP 3.3.1 and this fixed my issue

   Not having PHP5 is what was tripping you up. Once you upgraded to PHP5, everything should be fine.
