Unable to Access WP-ADMIN or WP-LOGIN (404 Error)

    For starters, make sure all of your wp-admin files are in the wp-admin folder – if they are missing, do a manual upload of the WordPress files again.

    If its not that its likely to be redirection code in the .htaccess file that’s gone awry.

    If you have access to a backup, try renaming the live .htaccess file (do not delete it) and see if using an older version of .htacess works.
