Unable to access WP Admin

    Do you have access to phpmyadmin for the site’s database?
    If so, can go into there, and go into the wp_options table.
    Look for: siteurl & home and make sure both are set to your main site url. That should get you back in.

    i had the same problem. solution that worked for me:
    go into your FTP, access wp-admin, and delete all the plug-ins.
    after that i was able to access my admin page, and reinstalled the plugins

    Resolved the problem by accessing the wp-admin.php and adding code.
