Unable to access dashboard after update.

    Hi there,

    I’m super novice at this so please take it easy on me.

    I have Godaddy hosting, and I originally installed WP through the Godaddy site. I was in my WP Dashboard and noticed I had a few updates, one of which was a new version of WP. After installation, it won’t allow me into the dashboard anymore. I can log in and out, but I can’t access any page other than the blog page itself. I notice that anytime I attempt to access another page, it automatically redirects to this link:

    http://ragtagstudio.com/devblog/wp-admin/upgrade.php/?_wp_http_referer=%2Fdevblog%2Fwp-admin%2F

    Seems like the upgrade didn’t complete or something. Anyone have any advice? I’d really appreciate it.

    i m very new to wordpress.
    i have installed WP but unable to load it go an error.

    any one help out plese
