When trying to connect to my dashboard via http://www.campingcajuns.com/wp-admin.php I get a page not found error. This started immediately after doin a manual update to wordpress 3.3.1 Please help. thanks

And it's broken. So manually reupload all WP files and folders (except wp-content); some probably didn't upload all the way. See Upgrading WordPress « WordPress Codex
