my website was working fine, just when i got the notification of new version of wordpress (3.3) i clicked to upgrade and i am not able to access my admin page...

    plzzz help me on this.

  2. Do you get any error messages in your browser that indicate what might be going on? Can you share a link to your site?

Also please give the "Troubleshooting WordPress 3.3 - Master List" a read, there may be something that could help you out.

  6. Try the easy stuff first. You can't login via the web admin so start with the plugins.

Using FTP or SSH rename the wp-content/plugins directory to wp-content/plugins-old and see if that does lets you in.

If that works then create a new wp-content/plugins directory and put your plugins back one at a time until you get problem re-occurs. That should let you find out where the problem is.

got the same problem as here, after renaming plugins directory as shown, when i log to wp-admin i have to update my database ... -> Click and see only worpress logo on white page ... nothing more. Any help ?

  9. Check your blog's error_log file to see what's causing PHP do white screen of death like that.

It sounds like you've taken care of your plugins but your theme may be the issue. Since you can't get into the admin pages try renaming the wp-content/themes/your-theme directory.

Once that's done, try to get into your admin pages.

Also read up on the master list you may be a match for one of those issues.

Uh, don't do that. The 3.2.1 wp-admin files won't match 3.3 wp-includes. That might make it worse.

If you've renamed the plugins directory and renamed your theme directory...

I'm really hesitant to suggest this but you could try backing up everything first (seriously, don't skip making a backup!), then delete everything except wp-content and wp-config.php. Put 3.2.1 on top of that and see if that works for you.

If something goes really wrong, then restore that backup.

Before you do ANYTHING else, find the .htaccess file in wordpress's root directory and rename it, then try to access your site again.

Internal Server errors are nearly always related to an .htaccess problem.

If you get access to your site back, go to the Permalink section of the settings tab and re-save your settings to generate a new .htaccess file.
