Unable to post or edit a post

    I am running the latest version of wordpress and have so far made around 20 posts.

    I am now unable to create or edit any posts and whenever I do I only get the number 54 appearing on a white blank page.

    I have re-uploaded the post.php and post-new.php files to no avail.

    Hi,

    Check with these options:

    -> Disable all the plugins and enable it one by one to find out the culprit.
    -> Changed your theme to default to rules out theme level problem.
    -> Repair your wordpress database and propagate user permissions again

    Reinstalled wordpress
    Disabled all plugins
    Default theme used

    Still no joy and the same thing happening.
    When wordpress was reinstalled it said that my database needed to be upgraded so I did that and still get the same error?
