    By adding [resolved] to all of the comments really does put an end to the discussion. You might want to stop doing that… because it discourages others from offering comments in a help forum. That behavior defeats the purpose of a help forum.

    *As user I do not have the ability to edit the Topic Title after the original comment is submitted.

    But you can set it to unresolved again.

    That why we post a message in topics where there has been no response after 2 weeks. It prods those who do still have a problem to change the topic status back to “unresolved” and give us an update. Those who are no longer bothered or who have solved their issue tend to just ignore the message. It’s the only way we can keep on top of potential issues and ensure that people aren’t getting missed.

    As there has not been an update to this topic for a while, I can only assume that the issue has now been resolved and I am now marking it as such. If this is incorrect, please feel free to change the topic’s status and/or post a follow-up.
