umm if i get a wordpress upload it to a host and uninstall the program will ti still exist and lets say im hosting downloads on the wordpress will that coutn as bandwidth or soemthing or will it enver run out no right since im only linkign to sites like megauplado??

That doesn't even make sense. If you're just going to uninstall it why upload it? Since you uninstall WP by deleting the files—no, if you upload it and then delete it, it won't exist.

Any time any file is accessed on your website it uses bandwidth.
