    Hello Hector, two days ago I updated the Popular Posts plugin, but now the pictures are all attached with no space. I had left the HTML markup settings checked and inserted the string that I had suggested long ago, but now appeared thus leaving an annoying black square in the middle of the title linkable. How can I arrange to have the photos and the title thereof spaced below the photo? Thanks await news.

    Hello Hector here is the link of my blog ... http://blog.giallozafferano.it/silvanaincucina/
    I would also add the HTML code that I put on the test blog, but I can not keep apart the photos with the title of the recipes below .....
    Before / after title: .. <div style="font-size:18px !important; text-align: center;"> <h3 style="font-family: Merienda One !important; color:#ad4b00;">. . </ h3> </ div> />

    Before / after Popular Posts: ..

      ... </ ul>

      Post HTML Markup:
      <li style="padding-left:90px;"> thumb {{title}} {stats} </ li>
      ... but it is not perfect as it was before where I'm wrong?

    So, if I understand correctly, you want to have the images above the title and not side by side, correct?

    If so, you need to edit the plugin's stylesheet and change this:

    /* thumbnail styles */
    .wpp-thumbnail {
    	display:inline;
    	float:left;
    	margin:0 5px 0 0;
    	border:none;
    }

    Into:

    /* thumbnail styles */
    .wpp-thumbnail {
    	display:block;
    	margin:0 0 15px 0;
    	border:none;
    }

    Hello Hector, changed the CSS as recommended by you, and thank you, already much better, a final courtesy and I did not realize how ... I could center the title in the middle of the space between the pictures of the recipes? It would be the most perfect .... thank you very much for your kindness and availability. Good day and good luck!

    Hi Silvana,

    Unfortunately, I can't take a look into this now since I'm busy with other stuff (work projects, basically), my spare time during the week is a bit limited now. I'll stop by this upcoming weekend to help you with it, alright?

    Hey there,

    Sorry for the late reply, I haven't forgotten about helping you.

    About centering the titles, make this change to the wpp.css stylesheet:

    /* title styles */
    .wpp-post-title {
    	text-align:center;
    }

    You'll probably want to center the thumbnails as well:

    /* thumbnail styles */
    .wpp-thumbnail {
    	display:block;
    	margin:0 auto 15px auto;
    	border:none;
    }

    Hello Hector, thank you very much and also I made this change, I would say that is much better, now please forgive my question, it is possible that the title of the recipe remains between photos but ... distanced, now much remains stuck on the photo below. Before the last update with the HTML Markup I changed the padding, but now not anymore. One last thing to September we will be updating WordPress, I'll have to rewrite all the changes now made on the sheet in CSS editor Plugin? Thank you for your infinite patience and availability, a warm greeting.

    Yes, I believe this should do it (adjust the margin to your liking):

    .wpp-list li { /* LI - post container */
    	overflow:auto;
    	display:block;
    	float:none;
    	clear:both;
    	margin:0 0 15px 0;
    }

    One last thing to September we will be updating WordPress, I'll have to rewrite all the changes now made on the sheet in CSS editor Plugin?

    Nope, since updating WordPress won't affect the CSS styles of the plugin - a plugin update would though, since the wpp.css file gets overwritten after each update. If you want to keep any custom changes made to the styling, simply copy the wpp.css file (can be found at wordpress-popular-posts/style) to your theme's folder and your modifications will remain intact.

    All right Hector, I'm sorry but I was wrong with the copy-paste, I omitted a closing brace of a code. Thanks everything is fine and I apologize for the inconvenience! Good work!

    Hello Hector and I am on time after the update on your WordPress plugin popular post. I have retained from the previous times the strings of code that you had kindly given me, I entered today in the plugin editor, but as you can see written under the photos are not centered to the left and top of the photo. In this case what should I change? Once again I thank you in advance for your kindness.

    Hi Silvana,

    It's been a while! Follow the same instructions to edit the plugin, as before, and change this:

    .wpp-list li { /* LI - post container */
    	/*display:inline-block;*/ /* <-- uncommenting this line is recommended when using post thumbnails */
    	float:none;
    	clear:left;
    }

    ... into:

    .wpp-list li { /* LI - post container */
    	/*display:inline-block;*/ /* <-- uncommenting this line is recommended when using post thumbnails */
    	float:none;
    	clear:left;
    	text-align:center;
    }
