Just upgraded to TinyMCE 2.0 and immediately received a conflict with SB Welcome Email Editor.
Reversing back to TinyMCE 1.9 did solve the error.

Are you using a multisite setup?
No. No multisite setup.
Hmmm... the only thing I changed in 2.0 was the user roles. But I have had a little trouble with this feature.
Would you mind giving 2.0.1 a try and see if the same problem persists?
Nope. Still same message (SB Welcome Email Editor can not function because another plugin is conflicting. Please disable other plugins until this message disappears to fix the problem)
Hi Josh,
The [signoff] shortcode does not work.
If you are logged into your WordPress admin account and displays your post after publishing then the shortcade works fine.
If you are not logged into your WordPress admin account and displays the post content then all you will see is the actual code of [signoff] instead of what it represents.
It works fine if the admin is logged in and views the post after publishing.
is there a fix?
Okay. Adding version 2.0.2 now.
I guess there is something going on with multisite installations and the way I am setting up the user roles.
If anyone would like to help me test a beta version of the plugin working with user roles and capabilities, please let me know via my contact form here:

Also, Please let me know if this new version (2.0.2) addresses both of your issues.
Thanks.
Hi Josh,
Your new update seems to have fixed the issue with the [signoff] shortcode.
Thank you Sir,
Thank you.
