Uknown Ad Running on MY Site

    I reinstalled WordPress on my website just a few days ago and started over from scratch. Now i’ve noticed that there is a floating ad popping up on every page of my website. This has never happened before and I cannot find the cause of it. I checked some of the plugins I have but none of them seemed to be the source. Could it be my web hist? They’ve never done anything like this before in the year and a half i’ve been using them, why would they start now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
