UI accessibility vision issues on Function Reference page (1 post)

Can the powers that please explain to me why on earth you decided to make a grey shade hover over whole function categories?

Apart from making it very annoying as my mouse wanders across the screen, it makes it very very difficult for me to read the text and more so which link i'm hovering over. I'm sure it would against every UI standard for accessibility as far as contrast and sight impairment goes. Not only that but the grey hover doesn't do anything. It just goes grey.

It seems like a work experience kid got hold of the admins password and tried out his new found :hover css skills :).

This whole grey hover thing is new and doesn't fit well with the rest of the site.

I'm sure the titles are good enough to let people know where they are grouped.

    Thanks,
    Pete
