No, you can only have one theme per install – though you could conceivably install the second theme in a separate sub-directory installation of WP and link to/from it.
The only way I have heard of is by using the headspace2 plugin. There are details of how to set it up at http://wpmu.org/wordpress-different-theme-per-page-post/
I rather not get into any plugins….. as they may get outdated and give me a huge problem later on…
@wpyogi: so your saying the only way is to install the second theme on a sub-directory? like….
classifieds.yoursite.com
theres no way of putting it in a root like…
yoursite.com/classifieds
This IS a sub-directory:
yoursite.com/classifieds
See: http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
But this approach means you have two separate, unrelated installs of WP which may have its drawbacks.
Oh man, yeah that doesn’t sound good at all… Seems like they wont be able to interact with one another.
This is what the classifieds theme seller told me…

Just read the first two posts…
Just realized you cant see it…
This is what I said…
Hello,
I would love to buy the classifieds theme but I am running into an issue.
Right now, I am using the atahualpa theme from wordpress and everything on my site right now is designed just the way I want it to be.
However, I need a classifieds for that site. Sitemile looks promising and I would love to implement it into my site, but without changing my theme that I have now.
Could you recommend a solution to this problem?
Thank you.
and this is what he said…
hello
yea we can integrate the classified theme into your website, and have a child theme that looks like your desired theme.
so the looks will be as your desired theme and the functionality like the classified theme, it will cost an extra fee for custom work of course.
I can’t tell from that answer how they intend to do that – possibly copying styling from 1 theme to the other or maybe using an iframe (not great). Or maybe something else – I don’t know.
is there a way to sync user databases if i use two seperate installations of wordpress?
I built a website in May and used a particular theme but did not finish it. Now I was going to complete the website now and wanted to change the theme. I later found out that I had not completed that process in May and when I went to do the new theme it tied it to this one and it let me so I did completed the installation of the website. They are both the same Username/Domain so now I am trying to delete the May theme and use just the new them but I can’t seem to get to the wp-admin of the May because it is link to the new theme. HELP..

You can uninstall a theme without accessing the dashboard, but you really should create a thread to discuss this: http://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting#postform
