Two Simple Questions: "Anonymous" posts allowed with "featured" image?

    I have hopefully two quick and simple questions:

    1) Does this plugin allow for “anonymous” users to submit a post or does the workflow require that a person register first?

    2) Is the ability to specify a “featured” image on the post created a premium feature?
