Is it possible to use two MySQL database (all databases are in one server) in one blog? If one is full, then blog uses automatically second one.

Databases don't really 'get full', they just get slow if they are very large (usually millions of records).
However, your hosting service might put a limit on the amount of space that your database can occupy. If you are running out of space, you should contact your hosting service.
To answer your original question, WordPress can only use one database.
