Two Identical Navigation Bars Appearing

Building a new e-commerce website and I’m using the theme Boutique. I have uploaded their sample file to populate the page with to help with the design, but two identical navigation bars are appearing at the top of the page. I’ve tried googling, digging through forums, etc but haven’t found a solution. The navigation bar at the bottom is pretty funky too, and I’m not entirely sure how to go about smoothing it out. Any suggestions?
