Two "Home" Tabs

    Help,

    I deactivated a theme, came back and activated it. When I did, I got 2 “Home” tabs. Now I get 2 “Home” tabs on about every theme I activate. I think this may be an index php problem but not sure. And if it is, how do I fix it?
