Two groups of categories, with separate navigation, possible?

    I tried to think how to make two different groups of categories, with separate navigation.

    First, I make two categories, and different childs inside them. Then I would use two NS Category Plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/ns-category-widget/ -because I wanted to list the empty ones too-) as a widget in the left sidebar. But I can’t configure separate visibility for them, even with Jetpack visibility feature.

    How should I think this layout?

    I mean,

    …

    [second page]

    category #2
    -c2_1
    -c2_2
    -c2_3
    …

    Every page with its own navigation menu. Using the sidebar widget?
