Two feeds of same blog, how?

Hi, basically what I want is two pages, on the main page all the latest posts from my blog minus those in a certain category, then on another the latest posts from my blog including those excluded on the main page but minus another categories posts.

I thought briefly about multiple installs and mu, etc, but I want to be able to control both from the same control panel, plus I just don’t think I need it.

Did my best to find another topic similar with search, but found nothing.
