I have no clue how to categorize this problem.
Simply if I log in to my account at: http://www.wordpress.com and go to that dashboard I will be editing one version of my blog.
If I go to http://www."myurl".com/wp-admin and log in I get a different dashboard editing a different version of my blog.
There are two version of the blog being displayed and I don't know how to link up everything to make sure that my edits and posts are universal. I spent a lot of time today setting up the blog, customizing the theme and making a couple of lengthy posts.... only to find out the blog doesn't display correctly for all computers.
I'm at a loss. I searched the forums... but find anything like this.
A blog at wordpress.com and your own self-hosted wordpress install at "myurl" are completely different and are not related in any way. There is no way to edit posts at both at the same time; while they are both wordpress, they are different services.

I'm still a little confused because I paid for the domain mapping to connect the two. It's inconsistant as to which version on the blog will show up when i type in "myURL."
You need to read the docs at wordpress.com and at your domain registrar and see if you have the mapping correct. DNS will also take 12 hours or so to propagate.
