Twnety Ten: Fixing width of comment text-area form

Hi, I am suing a contact for tht I created on 123contactform.com on my WordPress site. The contact form is all set up in a table. Currently my contact form is expanding off the page where it cannot be seen and I am trying to prevent that from happening. I tried setting widths to mt tr (table row) and then my td (table data) and it wouldn’t work. The page that is having an issue is http://www.buyproaqua.com/testimonials/buyer-testimonials/
