Hi. Currently I am using twitter widget pro to add tweets from a twitter user to my website, however I would like to filter these so that only the users tweets that include a particular hashtag appear and that any other tweet from the user is ignored.
Is there a way of doing this. ?

No, there currently isn't a way to do this with Twitter Widget Pro.

In a way to achieve a multilingual twitter feed (before having it by twitter ;-)), it could be useful to choose tweets, in my account, by #hashtag or @reply.

After taking a look around... I think I'm not looking for a plugin which can filter a #hashtag nor a @reply in my account feed.
There's a language detection support when using twitter advanced search (https://twitter.com/i/#!/search-advanced).
So the idea would be a widget plugin which can make a search like on the twitter search. I found some but there's a lack of features with the language detection or the retweets option or the replies option, etc.
And I don't know if we can use the output feed, as is.
