Twitter feed Stopped working

Hi, Wondering if someone could be so kind to help me, someone else created a custom javascript titter feed in my header for me and it has stopped working and that person is no longer around, so I need to fix it myself. The website is rideslovenia.com, here is the code, anyone see anything wrong? Thanks!
