Twitter Embed not working for me in latest WordPress version3.8.1

Hi,

I have WordPress 3.8.1 and still have a problem with Twitter embedding, though i have read lots of topics saying it has been fixed.

I want to add this twitter embed to one of my posts but when i save the post it works just after i save it, but when i refresh the browser it just leaves me with the the title of the twitter post:

Then it looks like this after i have refreshed the browser, and stays like this so the Twitter Embed is lost and i just have this text.

I have Plugins installed which could be affecting it but nothing out of the ordinary:

Twitter Embed
Contact Form 7
Custom CSS
Google Analytics
Responsive Image Widget
Wordpress Importer

I am at a loss now as everything i have tried does’t work!
