[resolved] TwentyTen: 'Recent Posts' links are broken? (12 posts)

    When I'm at my home page and try to click on my most recent topics, the links seem broken and just show:

    ht='64' width='64' />Bill
    then log in/out stuff.

    Same issue when I click on the categories menu. It will show an excerpt of the post, but when I click on the link to 'Continue Reading' it gives same results as above.

    I've recently created a child theme, but dont remember if this was an issue before hand or not.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Seems a fair amount of links on your site are broken - they all point to ReduceStress

    Have you put anything wacky into either your general settings or permalinks? Your comments don't work either, all related to the same problem

    --what changes have you made through your child theme? Anything other than css?

    Haven't touched permalinks, and haven't really done anything else to the site, minus adding a menu, and changing the background color.

    This is my child theme:

    /*
    Theme Name: TwentyTen Child
    Description: Child theme for the twentyten theme
    Author: William Boivin
    Template: twentyten
    */

    @import url("../twentyten/style.css");

    .tag-links {
    display: none;
    }

    #site-title a {
    color: #009900;
    }

    Only thing I added was the .tag-links display thing, which worked.

    style.css wouldn't affect what is happening.

    Do you recognize where the words 'ReduceStress' might come from?

    Many of your URLs are coming up like

    http://williamboivin.com/Reducestress

    for me.... I'll see if I can't find anything in your source code - just wanted to see if the terms jogged anything

    WTF is 'Reduce Stress'? I didn't even notice that until you said it.

    Have no idea. I'm 100% noob at all of this (last couple days is the first time doing anything web-building related). And generally, if I'm not sure, I don't screw with it. So I'm clueless. >.<

    Ohhh, reduce stress is a post I made. Or at least relating to it.
    How would a post do this? o.O

    I can't tell what the deal is...

    a simple fix to try - go to settings->permalinks, and just hit save (refreshes your permalinks, doesn't change anything)

    Good call. I seen I apparently added a custom link called 'Reduce Stress'... Not sure when the hell I did that, but it appears to be fixed lol

    Thanks! >.<

    you added the custom link 'Reducestress' into your permalinks screen?? That would definitely break things!

    If you want custom, just click one of the options available on the permalinks screen, those should not give you any hassle!
