twentyeleven child theme on 800X600 resolution

    I am using twentyeleven child theme in my wordpress 3.2.1.
    When i try to view the blog on 800X600 resolution the sidebar appears at the bottom of the posts on home page.how can i fix this to appear on the left side with horizontal scroll bars?
