Hello all
I am currently working with a twenty twelve child theme and for some reason images arent showing on mobile devices.

Can you provide a working example of the issue (link to problematic webpage)?
Here is a link, when I go on it on my phone there is just an empty box
Are you sure you haven't got some-sort of splash page that we're seeing, rather than the actual page?
Um not sure, whats a splash apge?
how about this one:

Sorry, I meant a holding page http://awesomescreenshot.com/002s5s296
Is the image completely missing or just really really far to the right?
haven't done the screenshot thing, ill check if its just far to the right, but as far as i can tell theres just no images
Just checked on my phone, and it appears that the image just isn't there. The headers appearing. Any ideas
on this page, the image on the left works, but not the one on the right

Strange
It's fine on iPad but not Android
This may be tricky but can you get a screenshot of the issue with on your phone and state which version of your phone you're using?
ha ha yeah that will we be tricky, i'll do it tho
right i got it, my phone is the Motorola razr i, and it has a nifty little feature to take screenshots, way easier than i thought it would be.

Can you see whether your phone can load the image on the demo website http://wp-themes.com/ ?
Just tested that, seems fine. Another image I uploaded today works on my fone. See stereophoni.

Just to confirm, it's the right image that didn't load?
Yep correct, the right hand image that says eyeball on it and is predominantly blue. Sorry should have specified that.
Can you try disabling plugins to explore whether any could be responsible?
I'll try that cheers
Thanks for all your help Andrew, it seems the problem was that my image was in CMYK colour mode, instead of rgb. Didn't realise this made a difference. Thank you very much for bearing with me and helping. all the best
