Twenty Thirteen Theme Modifying URL Color

    Hello everybody !

    I am using the new theme Twenty Thirteen made by WordPress.org.
    I already personalized it and the last thing that I want to do is to change the color of the URL that are on each page of my website from red to blue.
    Same for the menu when you click on it the charcacters turn into red. I want to put a blue instead.

    How can I do that and where do I have to do it ?
