While a majority of my blogs have been tagged and categorized if I include any sort of cloud or list of those tags in a widget they only take you to "page not found". I have tried deactivating my plugins and saw no change.
I don't know much about coding but can follow directions if anyone has suggestions!

Try:
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
- re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder - from a fresh download of WordPress.
- re-running the upgrade via wp-admin/upgrade.php

I just tried all three of those and nothing's seemed to change!
